Under the commercial terms this platform runs on, your work is not used to train the AI. The protection consumer AI accounts do not give you.

Your data is not a product. Not sold, not rented, not handed to advertisers.

In transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, at rest with AES-256. Enforced automatically.

Some work cannot leave the room. Privileged matters, sensitive negotiations, board material, donor records. For that work, Confidential Mode applies our strictest handling, and a real person from Inclusive Impact Consulting is here when a human needs to be involved.

First before Confidential Mode
You are already protected.

Confidential Mode is an extra layer. It is not the thing that makes you safe you are already safe without it. Every client, on every plan, all the time, gets this by default:

Never trained on your data
Never sold or shared
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Role-based access you control
Walled off from every other company
SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA-eligible, CCPA

So when Confidential Mode is off, your work is still secure, still private, and still never trained on. It simply runs in the full, smart, everyday mode the platform remembers your work, learns your voice, and stays connected to your tools.

Then Confidential Mode
Three levels. You choose.

For the work that needs more than the baseline privileged matters, sealed negotiations, board material you turn on Confidential Mode and pick how strict it should be. It is per-matter: everyday work stays in full smart mode, and only the work you choose gets locked down. Here is exactly what each level gives you, and what it costs.

Private
Held closer.
What it does
Adds tighter access controls and a confidential label to this work. The lightest layer for matters you simply want held closer than everyday work, without giving anything up.
You keep
Full memory and continuity. The platform still remembers this work and keeps your context.
The tradeoff
Almost none. This is protection with no real cost.
Use it for
Sensitive-but-routine work you want flagged and access-limited.
Sealed
Kept brief, then cleared.
What it does
Keeps this work only as long as the matter needs it, then purges it. It is never used to personalize or learn. A strong middle layer for sensitive work that is still active.
You keep
Enough continuity to finish the matter, while it is open.
The tradeoff
Some memory is limited on this work, and it does not persist long-term.
Use it for
An active deal, a sensitive HR matter, anything you want gone once it closes.
Vault
Leaves no trace.
What it does
Keeps nothing after the task. The work leaves no trace at all. The strictest layer built for privileged and sealed matters where nothing should remain, including attorney-client privileged material.
You keep
The work itself, returned to you. Nothing is retained on the platform afterward.
The tradeoff
No memory or continuity for this work, by design. The platform will not remember it next time that is the point.
